SMALLER CLASS SIZES
At Jungle Book Academy we offer a ratio of 1:5. By providing a lower class size we are able to provide your child with the attention they need and deserve. Smaller class sizes have been shown to lead to improve student behaviour and peer relationships while increasing student engagement and achievement in the early grades.

ONTARIO CERTIFIED TEACHERS
Our staff are Ontario Certified Teachers and are governed by the Ontario College of Teachers. Our educators have complementary skills that create a learning environment to support the unique needs of each child. We also have the knowledge of the broader elementary curriculum, assessment, evaluation and reporting, and child development and are responsible for student learning, effective instruction and evaluation, and formal reporting to parents/families.

ENHANCED LEARNING
In addition to following the Ontario Curriculum, we also have the ability to incorporate your child's interests into our programming. By designing content around students particular likes, we are better able to engage them with material in a meaningful way. Students are also provided a space where they are encouraged to share their opinions and ask and answer questions, which also benefits their peers.

STABILITY
In comparison to our Public School/Centre counterparts, as a private educational program, we are less subject to social policy interference. Which means we can likely stay open to you and your family during possible lock downs or closures. Thus, providing a stable and reliable routine and schedule for your little one.

STUDENT GROWTH EXPERIENCE & CLASSROOM COMMUNITY
We are focused on making students feel comfortable in a community/home atmosphere by helping them in all aspects of their development. Two ways this may be shown is by creating an individual education plan for your child to academic success and/or by providing your child with extra warmth and attention.
